Recipe Management Engineer (RME)

• Manage formula components with advanced quantity management (reference , min, max, loss, lot size…)

• Create from scratch or use existing templates to specify manufacturing processes for recipes with advanced quantity management (such as overlap and send ahead)

• Advanced time management for batch manufacturing (pre & post-processing, changeover, preparation times, proportional to quantity…)

• Process parameters management for machine setup and execution

• Control process definition with data collect specification for execution

• Resource allocation management (capable resources, targeted production site and assets)

• Derive a new recipe from a general one to fit specific needs
