Structural Engineer (SLL)

Provide design engineers powerful and intuitive tools needed to perform linear structural simulations during the design process

The Structural Engineer role allows you to:

  • Evaluate the structural performance of products leveraging a unique guided modeling process for Linear Static, Frequency, Linear Buckling, Steady State Thermal, Harmonic and Modal Dynamic analysis types
  • Efficiently define mechanical contact across large assemblies relying on powerful contact detection capabilities and an intuitive user interface
  • Use appropriate modeling idealizations across the product, leveraging state-of-the-art meshing technology for solid, shell and beam representations
  • Robustly perform results visualization and analysis to determine key product performance metrics
  • Perform parametric single-objective design studies to drive performant product design iterations
  • Run simulations leveraging up to 4 cores
