NC Shop Floor Reviewer streamlines the Machining process by enabling shop floor users to review up-to-date NC processes and programs prior to execution.
When NC Machine / Shop Floor Operators review the operation prior to execution, they are typically supplied with documentation (paper or electronic) for reference. This is a cumbersome and inefficient process, as it utilizes static data that contain descriptions of operations, set-up sheets, lists of cutting tools .
With NC Shop Floor Reviewer, operators can access NC programmer’s information, review and run a 3D simulation of the program. They can view and replay multiple operations, see the cutting tool list, how the parts are being machined and which fixtures need to be mounted.
This solution enables the operator to review each machining operation before execution, and can be used in conjunction with all DELMIA Machining roles.
